End of Chapter

The next few weeks mark the end of a pretty big chapter of my life... Graduating from university and preparing myself for my move overseas, to England, but not as a Big OE - more a permanent/semi-permanent move thanks to my ancestors visa!

Goodbyes are never fun - lots of tears and plans for visits in the future. And when you're leaving such a beautiful country as New Zealand, sometimes you wonder why, but it's a big world out there and far too much to see to stay here. So I will leave with this stunning picture in my head of the Southern Lake, Pukaki, where I truly feel at home.

I've always had itchy feet, since moving to Sydney when I was 16, I've always struggled to stay in one place for long. Even before then I knew I'd never survive in a small town. So here I go... Christmas in the UK awaits, as does a doting boyfriend, Russell! - all on the flip side...
